Become Certified by Your Health Idaho

Consumer Connectors are a vital link between Idahoans, Your Health Idaho, and affordable health insurance coverage. As a Consumer Connector, you are a trusted partner who helps Idahoans navigate through the enrollment process. Consumer Connectors are agents, brokers, and enrollment counselors across the state.

Partner Training & Certification

Those who would like to become certified by Your Health Idaho are required to complete the Your Health Idaho certification training; a robust curriculum designed to help Consumer Connectors understand the policies, procedures, and technology platforms of Your Health Idaho.

To become a Consumer Connector, you must fulfill the following requirements

• Complete the training modules through the Your Health Idaho’s Learning Management System
• Pass the final examination with a minimum score of 90% within three attempts

Agents and Brokers

• Be a licensed agent or broker in good standing with the Idaho Department of Insurance
• Review and attest to the Your Health Idaho Producer Agreement

Agents and brokers are eligible to receive continuing education units (CEUs) for completing Your Health Idaho certification courses.

Enrollment Counselors

• Be associated with a Certified Enrollment Entity
• Agree to privacy and security standards as outlined in the Enrollment Counselor training
